Cranberry Orange Mimosas

part Cranberry Juice

parts Orange Juice
Garnish
with Toothpick with slice of orange and a cranberry (optional)
Add
juices to glass.

1 can cranberry sauce ** 1 (10 oz) pkg
frozen strawberries sweetened, no juice ** 1 small can pineapple drained— ** DO
NOT add cold water, add frozen strawberries instead ** WHEN FIRM, or slightly
firm can add walnuts as topping (do day before)

Step 2 - Veggie - 1 can ( 10 3/4 oz)
cream of mushroom soup * 1/2 cup milk * 1 tsp soy sauce * dash pepper * 2
cans ( 16oz) green beans, drained * 1 1/3 cups french fried
onions STIR in milk, soup, soy sauce, pepper, add beans and onions pour
in casserole dish then BAKE 20 min 350* TOP WITH remaining onions
bake 5 more min 6 servings.
4 servings = 4 12 oz turkey wings or do turkey legs
Cut turkey
wings at joints; discard wing tips.
§ 2 1/2 cups water
§ 1 1/2 cup white vinegar
§ 1/2 cup sugar
§ 1 turkey wing per person = 4
Place
turkey wings in slow cooker. Add cooking
ingredients. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 hours (less wings, less
time). Remove from slow cooker to plate; remove bones, fat etc using 2 forks
split into bite-sized chunks.
After cooked & cleaned, season/rub with – meld overnight:

2 teaspoons salt.

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
·
2 teaspoons dried thyme.
·
2 teaspoons dried rosemary.
·
1 teaspoon dried sage.
·
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Gravy:
·
1/2
cup butter, cut into about 8 pieces
·
1
teaspoon coarse black pepper
·
1/2
cup all-purpose flour
·
4
cups chicken stock
- In
a large saucepan, melt 1/2
cup butter over medium-low heat.
- Sprinkle
in 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- Slowly
add in 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, constantly whisking to combine.
- After
a few minutes, the flour will be well incorporated into the butter. Slowly
begin to pour in chicken broth
into the pan, constantly whisking.
- Allow
the gravy to cook for several minutes, so that it can thicken up. Add the turkey, until heated
through. Serve immediately over the
stuffing, or keep on very low heat until you’re ready to serve.
Step 3 -- Thanksgiving Stuffing Side Dish Recipe –
Ingredients

3/4 cups chopped or sliced celery (3 stalks)
ü
1/2 cup chopped onion
ü
1/4 cup butter or margarine
ü
1/2 tablespoon snipped fresh sage or 1 tsp.
poultry seasoning or ground sage
ü
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
ü
6 cups dry bread cubes
ü
3/4 cups chicken broth
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large skillet cook
celery and onion in hot butter over medium heat until tender but not brown.
Remove from heat. Stir in sage and pepper. Place bread cubes in large bowl; add
onion mixture. Drizzle with enough chicken broth to moisten; toss lightly to
combine. Place stuffing in a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, for 30 to
45 minutes or until heated through & not mushy. 6
