Basil, Oregano, Parsley * 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes * 1/2 tsp pepper * 1 tsp salt ** Place all ingredients in crock—add meatballs
MEATBALLS: 2 1/2 lb ground beef * 1/2 tsp salt * 1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning * 2 tsp oregano * 1 tsp basil * 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes * dash hot pepper sauce * 1/2 TBS worchester * 1 cup bread crumbs * 1 egg * 1/2 dried onion flakes * 1/4 tsp garlic powder * salt/pepper ** throw them in the freezer for about 20 minutes after you roll them up so they'll hold their shape in the Slow Cooker and add to sauce Cook low 5/6 CROCK POT hours until meatballs are cooked add Parmesan cheese topping
Make approx. 1/4 lb. spaghetti pasta per person
Desert 2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese * 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk * 1 (8 oz) whipping cream * 1 (16 oz) can sliced peaches * 1 (3oz) pkg peach or strawberry jello—3/4 cups boiling water—1 1/4 cups cold water
In Jello dish spray non-stick then mix 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup margarine melted— press tight on bottom
DISSOLVE jello in boiling water—then add the cold water—ref until slightly thick
MIXER—beat cream cheese and milk then fold in whipping cream –place on top of crumbs then cut peaches lengthwise and place—then gently spoon jello over the peaches—refrig until set
French bread—1 loaf
Combine: 6 TBS butter softened * 2 TBS parsley * 2 green onions finely chopped * 3/4 tsp basil * 1 garlic clove minced *
Cut bread in half lengthwise, spread the mixture—place in broiler 4" from heat 2/3 minutes until lightly browned
