  I like my soup creamy!


Creamy shrimp and Corn Soup

1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined - not frozen
1 onion chopped
¼ cup margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.75 oz)
1 can cream of celery soup (10.75 oz)
 1 pkg frozen corn (16 oz)
1 can chicken broth (14.5 oz)
1 cup milk – 2% or whatever
Pinch of rosemary, thyme, nutmeg, salt &, pepper
Directions:  Sauté onions & shrimp in  margarine
Add the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, corn, broth, milk, rosemary, thyme, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with Cheddar bread (described in orig menu).
